In consultation with your manager and/or our Health & Vitality case manager, it has been decided to support you further by connecting you with a professional coach.

A coach can help you achieve both personal and professional goals, improve specific skills, boost your self-confidence, break through limiting patterns, and overcome obstacles. Coaches provide guidance, support, and insight to help you reach your full potential.

To get started, please register using the form below. After a brief phone intake, Gingermood will match you with the coach who best fits your needs.

Here’s how it works: You’ll begin by completing a short questionnaire. One of Gingermood’s coaching advisors will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a phone intake. Based on your needs and preferences, Gingermood will introduce you to two coaches who are a strong match both professionally and personally. You’ll have a short introductory session with each coach to determine who you connect with most.

You can request the cost center number from your manager. If you are unable to obtain it, please contact the HR service desk.

About Gingermood

Gingermood supports employees in staying mentally fit through personalized coaching. They specialize in making the best possible match between coach and coachee, using a unique matching tool developed in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam (UvA). This tool matches individuals to coaches based on dozens of variables related to cognition and personality. Research has shown that the stronger the connection between coach and coachee, the more effective the coaching process, and the more meaningful the results. This scientifically backed matching approach offers real added value.

How does gingermood match me with the right coach?

The matching tool is based on a questionnaire that assesses dozens of variables, including personality traits, cognitive style, and preferences regarding the coach’s age, gender, and more. Based on your match results, Gingermood will send you two personalized coach profiles, all certified professionals. You’ll then choose the coach you connect with best, helping you get the most out of your coaching journey.
